Duplicate board

If I copy an existing board, and create sandbox to tryout something new (advance roadmap), does it impact on original board.

Boards are based on filters and are just a view of the issues returned by this filter.

If you copy a board but do not update the filter the board it based on any update on the board will impact the other.

Same for Advanced Roadmap, advanced roadmap can be based on boards as issue source but it will get issues returned by the filter use to configure the board, so if it's the same for both board, your updates will update the issues so both boards.

You should create a new filter from a test project, a new board base on this filter and a roadmap.
