Duplicate Team Names in Advanced Roadmaps

In Advanced Roadmaps, if we have shared teams with duplicate names, is there a way to see where these teams are being used and by whom?  (Stamped or logged somewhere?)

I'm not sure that I'm understanding your question correctly but, if you search for a Team in an issue search, the JQL will replace the Team Name with the Team ID in your query. So you could look for all of the issues that use a particular team ID.

But, in general, I think it is never a good idea to duplicate names anywhere (e.g. boards, custom fields, etc.) even if Jira technically allows it.
