Hello I have an iPhone6 that died last week. I had the Duo Mobile app on it. I have a replacement phone but the Duo app is not connected. On Saturday I requested the email got being unable to connect by mobile but haven't yet received it (it's Monday now). I'm really stuck and there is a growing queue of issues. Can you expedite this?
