Hi @TSUKASA MIZUSAWA

You need to ensure that:

  • Your permission scheme has Schedule Issues set for a user type
  • If it set for a project role, you're in that role

You'll need to be a Project Admin to check these (and a Jira Admin to modify a Permission Scheme).

--------------------

Permission Scheme:

To check permissions:

  1. Go to Project Settings > Permissions (from left-hand menu)
  2. The permission needed is Schedule Issues. Also check Edit Issues!
  3. If the permissions are assigned to a project role, see below instructions.
  4. If not - action will depend on user type applied. If it's Assignee you might need to assign an issue to yourself - or if it's a user group, you might need to ask your Jira Manager to add you to a specific group via "User Management"

If you need to make modifications to the Permission Scheme, you'll need to be a Jira Admin (likely your Jira Manager) - then:

  1. From this screen, press Actions (top-right corner) and select "Edit Permissions"
  2. Locate Schedule Issues in the list - and press Edit to modify access to this permission
  3. Repeat for Edit Issues (if needed)

--------------------

Project Role:

If the permission is controlled via a Project Role, you might just need to join a different role in the project.

To do this:

  1. Go to Project Settings > People
  2. Either locate your user and include yourself in the appropriate role or...
  3. Press "Add People" and add yourself to the required role

--------------------

Give these a try and let us know if there are any issues!
