I hope you have already found a solution to your problem. If not: being able to set the due date requires you to have the schedule issues permission in your project.
Check your project's permission scheme and make sure you are added to a project role that has this permission.

Hello, Good day. Please go to project settings >> Issues >> screens. Make sure "Due date" is added to the screens. If its there already, check for the field from "Issue layout".
