Hi, I am new to Jira and am struggling to see the Due Date field on my Stories (either established or newly created ones).
I believe my administrator has enabled the Due Date Field in project settings, but I cannot see it in my Stories when it is listed under "Context Fields."
I can see it when I move it under "Description Fields," but I cannot select or edit it.
Any suggestions?Due Date.PNGDue Date 2.PNG

Hi Katie - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

It sounds like the Due Date field might not be on the Edit screen used by the Screen Scheme for the project. So, I would check that first. Are others having the same problem? Or just you?

Thank you, John. I think that could be the problem. I am trialing out a a new workflow so other than my administrator (who can see the field), I am the only one trying to use the field.
Do you mind helping me with the steps to check and then add the field to the Edit screen if that is what is needed?
Thank you!

Sure - but you will probably need to be a Jira Admin to do that, but you can try it as a Project Admin. Go to Project Settings > Summary  then click on the Screen Scheme for the project. Once on the next screen, see if there is a separate Edit screen from the View or Default screen. Click on that and then see if the Due Date is there.
