Dual language Jira

Currently we are implementating Jira in our company. Is ít possible to have Jira in dual language (selectable English or Dutch)?

You can change your profile to another language.  This will affect the UI in all the Atlassian Cloud systems you have, but not your data.  I believe a selection of "Nederlands" will swap you to Dutch.

I distinguish between the UI and data because there's no translation or modifications of the data - an issue written in English will contain field data in English, and the same for Dutch.  The profile setting only translates the user interface (menus, help, structural text etc)
