Dropdown when I click on the assignee icon on the tickets in the active sprint kanban view empty

There is a bug I've been running in to lately. Sometimes the dropdown when I click on the assignee icon on the tickets in the active sprint kanban view only shows my name and Automatic. When I use the detail screen the problem is not there. It is really annoying as a Scrum Master to not be able to fast change the assignee.

I haven't experienced this myself, but I believe this is the reported bug for the mentioned behavior: AI-1080: Assignee Dropdown Not Consistently Displaying Full List of Users in Jira (although, I'm not sure why it's in the AI space 👀)

Btw, clearing cache and/or cookies, and potentially switching to incognito window or another browser, helps or not in this case?
