I have created custom field's [ Source IP address & Destination IP address] and i want ip address are stored or mapped - When the initiator will creating issue in that Source IP address & Destination IP field it will give drop-down list to select IP according to requirements.
I'm not sure what you want. Like any custom field you will need to prepopulate the values. It can't capture an IP address from the reporter and the list can't be dynamically updated. There are some plugins for server that will read an external database, but I doubt they are available in cloud.
