Dragging an image into the comment box results in failed load error

I like to add images directly after something I wrote about, but this keeps resulting in a message that it failed to load. I use Chrome as a browser by the way. Does any one have an idea why this happens (or how I can make a ticket about this/contact the creators themselves)?

Can you add images directly to the Attachments section outside of the Comment box? Make sure you have the permissions to add attachments on that project.
