Download Excel Chorus2 template file update Version to do

The version used to perform the excel chorus 2 export is not up to date. Indeed, the version to be used is revision 011 while the export is made in version 006. How to get an update of this template in the JIRA tool? And how then can we ensure that the updates will be made in the future?

You will need to explain "chorus 2", templates, and versions.

I suspect they are things specific to your systems, which we have no knowledge of, beyond that one of them is Jira.
