Downgrade from Standard to Free plan

We have now less users then 10 and want to downgrade. How to downgrade when Product is deactivated?

Hello @It husum 

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing. ...
  2. Go to Subscriptions from the side navigation.
  3. From the subscriptions list, find the product you want to change the plan for and select Manage.
  4. On the Subscription details page, select Change plan.

Don't find that option when Product is deactivated. Only reactivate Standard plan can be choosen.
