Dowload all isn't working

Hi,

I'm trying to download all attachments for one of our Jira's but get an error page (This page isn’t working took too long to respond. HTTP ERROR 504)

Anyone else had this problem? Any solutions?

Does Individual attachment downloading is working ?

Can you please cross, is there any attachment with size 0 K. B ? If yes, download all will not work.

Yes, I can download individual attachments.
And no, I don't have any attachments with size 0Kb...
