Done status Work Items are not displayed on Team Kanban Board

Done status Work Items are not displayed on Team Kanban Board when board settings are configured to show Done work items for 4 weeks. Some of these have been released. Is that why they are not showing on the Active Kanban board in the Done column?

Could you please verify if the work items that are missing meet the Board filter and sub filter criteria?

It could be likely due to sub-filter set to  fixVersion in unreleasedVersions() OR fixVersion is EMPTY which will exclude the work items that belong to the released version.

Thanks for your suggestion, but the stories showed up with the current board filter days ago. I checked that but thank you for the suggestion.

Are any items showing in the Done column at all?

You said "some" of the missing items have been released. Does that mean there are other missing items that should be displayed based on the date of Resolution but they are not present?

Have you made any observations about when an items stops being present?

Is it possible that somebody used the option to manually clear items from the Done column?

Hi @Trudy Claspill  thanks for your quick response. Yes, some items are showing in the DONE column but not all that were moved to Done in the past few weeks

Are all the missing items associated with Versions that have been released? You said "some" previously. If only "some" are associated with released Versions then more analysis needs to be done to find the common factors.

No we release Stories on different fix versions depending on the timing of the project and customer needs. This is a Kanban board so they are not all released together. Some of the work items in the Done status have been released and some have not.

What is the Group By setting for your board? If you set the Group By option to None, do the missing items re-appear?

Do you have any filters active on your board for Assignee or other filterable elements?

Can you show us a screen image of your board, obscuring confidential information?

Can you provide screen images of one or two missing items that are NOT associated with a Released Version? Obscure the confidential details like user names, summary, and description?
