Done issues showing in backlog and not showing striked-out on desktop, however on mobile showing ok

Hi All,

I am facing the issue, where the done issues are visible in my backlog and the same are not visible as striked-out. However, when I see the same board in my Jira Mobile app, the done issues are not visible in backlog and also shown striked out.

Kindly let me know, if there are any board settings which needs to be changed for resolving this difference.

Issues appear in the backlog when they are not "done".  "Done" means "the last column on the board", so my guess is that your issues are not in a status that is mapped into the last column.

It sounds like you are probably looking at different boards in your browser and with the app.
