Background: After completing the Sprint, uncompleted issues were moved to the new Sprint. Then switched from Scrum to Kanban (disabled Sprints in setting).  The Done column is far right in the workflow.

Problem: issues with Done status are showing in the backlog

Question: can you please help with the advice on how to hide issues with Done status in Backlog

Appreciate your help.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Kanban and Scrum have different definitions of "done", so I suspect your old scrum-done issues don't match the rule for kanban-done.  Have you released your old done issues, and over a fortnight ago?

Are the issues in the done column on the board?
