Done column on Kanban board-

When I move a ticket in the Done column of my kanban board, the key is not crossed out. While in another project that is identical the key is barred for mentioned that it is completed.

I can not check the 'Set Resolution' box either.

and now, following my changes, this box no longer appears.

What did I do wrong?

this is the #1 asked question in the Community...

you must set the Resolution when marking the issue as Done. there are a number of posts that will guide you on this. Basically either:

1. add a post function to the transition to done in the workflow to set the resolution to "Done" or...
2. add a screen to the transition so the user has to select the resolution value. also add a validator to require it be set

and be sure to clear the resolution when issues are reopened.
