Done Issues

Hi

It seems that issues are disappearing from the board from "Done" status after awhile.

Why this is happening or how can I change it?

Hi @Mosab Albutery and welcome to the Community!

This is a performance thing. If your done issues stay on the board, your screen after a while starts loading slower. And since done issues do not need any more work, they are hidden after a while indeed (in general 14 days).

In company managed projects, you can update this in your Board settings > General:

 

In team managed projects this is not configurable afaik. But you can always find your done issues by searching for them, either from your project itself (issues) or via Filters > advanced issue search.
