Don't have 'Linked Issues Status Validator' in Workflow editor [SOLVED]

Running Jira Cloud. 

Trying to follow the instructions here:  Linked Issues Status Validator - JMWE for JIRA Cloud - Confluence (atlassian.net)

However I do not see this option. 

The options I have are:

EDIT: "SOLVED" (this requires an app/addon that I don't have!)
