Hi, i have a problem in my account on jira. After create a incident when you need the link of see what created don't charge the page. anyone have this problem?

Just to make sure I understand your question, when you create an issue, the page doesn't change to show the issue you created? Or are you not presented a link to the created issue?
I may not have expressed myself well. I can create the prefect problem. If after created I want to see the comments or the data of the same one does not load. can I attach a screen print?
