Doing and Done Status in Single Stage of the JIRA Workflow

Can I implement Doing and Done in a Single stage/status of a JIRA workflow and see it Visually on the Scrumban/Kanban

I have seen various video by Eric Brechner where he mentions these two states. If it a pull mechanism it might be useful

He's not advocating the nonsense you've suggested, he's talking about two separate status.

No.  A status is an indicator of where an issue is in the workflow.  It is complete nonsense to have an issue in two status at the same time.  Humans mostly can't cope with quantum thinking, they need the issue to be in a clear single status, it's not going to work if you point at an issue and say "that's done AND we're working on it" at the same time.

You need two separate status of Doing and Done, and two columns on the board, one for each.
