Doesnt send validation password email

Hi there,

We are using JIRA OnDemand and a few months ago, it changed the way to user adminitration section. I thing from that moment, the system doesnt send validation email to new users, for setup their password. Is it a bug or has it changed?¿

You can always test this out yourself by creating a new user. If there is an problem, raise a support ticket.

Ive just done it!! And the problems is still there so im gonna send ticket to support.
