Does version 6.3.15 have a CC watchers enable ? What version does ?

I would like to have anyone who is CC'd on an email, appear as a watcher on that same ticket. Is this possible in JIRA 6.3.15 ? If not, what version ?

Hi @Milton ,

Jira Version 6.3.15 is EOL a long time ago, you should update to a current version. 

In recent versions, Jira Mail Handler does have an option to add CCed users as watchers.
