Does the Better DevOps Automation for Jira interface with the Jigit plugin

We wanted to setup automation based on when a commit is done, such as set a fix version and/or automatically transition and send notification.  Does the  Better DevOps Automation for Jira contain that functionality?  

WE have Jira data Center so the DevOps automation rules are not available. Does your DevOPs Automation for Jira App only work with Git Integration for Jira (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps)?  Currently wehave setup basic git jira integration.
