I am planning to purchase the paid Jira plan (Standard) but I want to have gadgets similar to projectrak in my dashboard. Currently, Jira only have the project-level gadgets unlike projectrak which has gadgets to summarize all my projects data.
Hi @DFB welcome to Atlassian community.
This is an excellent question that highlights a key difference between native Jira reporting and what Project Portfolio Management (PPM) apps like Projectrak provide.
Since you are looking to replicate Projectrak's cross-project summary gadgets, the solution lies entirely in the Atlassian Marketplace.
To get gadgets that aggregate and display project-level data across your entire Jira instance (like Projectrak does), you need an app that adds custom Project Properties and dedicated Project Gadgets.
Listed are some top apps:
Projectrak (Light project management PPM solution for Jira)
BigPicture - Portfolio & Resource Management for Jira
eazyBI Reports and Charts for Jira
Alternatively, use this keyword to select your marketplace app.
Welcome to the community, @DFB.
I am Marlene, product manager of Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards.
Our app is very suitable to display cross-project dashbaords, since the Quick Gadgets can show work items from different projects, JQL and favorite filters and can be filtered dynamically on your dashboards, e.g. per project.
You can try Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards without installation on our demo dashboards.

Hi @DFB ,
Unfortunately, JIRA doesn't provide the similar gadgets as projecttrack. If you consider alternatives, you can check the set of gadgets I developed - Heat Map, Projects, Roadmap, Labels Gadgets.
One of the gadgets, provide the view below about projects:

Hi @DFB,
Some of Jira’s native gadgets can also use a filter as their data source. This allows you to include issues from multiple projects, as long as your filter uses a JQL query like the following:
project IN (ProjectA, ProjectB, ...)
But for effective tracking, you’ll need more flexible and advanced gadgets for cross-project visibility. In this case, the best solution is to explore apps on the Atlassian Marketplace that provide the gadgets you need.
If you decide to use an app, I highly recommend our Great Gadgets app, which offers many useful gadgets that will allow you to track cross-project metrics & KPIs, including cross-project burndown, cross-project velocity/throughput, cycle-time, lead-time, CFDs, pivot tables and charts, formula-based gadgets, epic/inititiave progress, and many more.
