Does anyone noticed some of the funtionalities are not saving ?

I have noticied just today some of the funtionalities are not working

1 . Can't able to provide the app access to user - this one is already resolved after some time,

2. The now the user is reporting that work items are not updating when trying to save.

Hi @Hari Krishna 

Not on my side currently. For how long are you having this issue? When the change was created, did the user try clearing cache and starting in incognito. I was having issue with one my users not being shown in the Assignee field even thought they had Assignable User permission in the project and also having the license as well. Incognito mode solved this issue for me.

  • Hi @Nikola Perisic , Both of them are sorted now on their own, I even recorded the first incident behaviour. I checked after some time it worked I didn't try in the incognito. I don't know exactly why this kind of incidents are last time also probably 3 r 4 weeks back happened with adding people to the project. It is not saving and through ing. Error msg but after some time it is also sorted
