A few weeks ago I needed to create new statuses for a Jira Project's issues. From that moment I can`t see issues solved in many of the reports (burndown chart, burnup chart, etc).

Does anyone know how to fix that problem?

Thanks!

Hello Luciano,

JIRA Reports for scrum boards usually consider an issue to be 'Done' when it is in a status that has been mapped to the right-most column of your board at the moment that the Sprint was closed (See Configuring columns for more information).

That being said, the first thing that came to my mind that could be causing the behavior you are seeing is that, during your statuses change, you moved the status that was previously used to define the issue as "Done" for another column which is not the right-most column of the board, causing the issue to be considered undone in the reports.

Although you are using a different status now, I recommend you to map the statuses where the issues should be considered "Done" back to the right-most column. If this same status is mapped to other columns in your board, replace it with a different status.

Let me know if this information helps and what you achieved by performing this suggestion.
