×I've tried to give the new UX a fair chance – but from a daily user perspective, it's becoming unbearable. I'm curious if others share the same view. Here's what I find extremely frustrating:
Am I alone in this? Or do you feel the same?
Yes the changes are pretty bad. The font is the worst, followed by the navigation layout. If it ain't broken, don't try to fix it. Not sure how they user tested this.
There is an option preferences to revert this (apparently until September). In Jira, click the wheel settings icon at top right of any page and choose General Settings. Then scroll down to Jira Labs section and turn off the "New work transition experience" toggle (yes, even this they made confusing by showing a cross when it is turned off). It will be grey if it is turned off. It can take a few hours to update.
Hi @Falk Rüther
Yes, it can definitely feel a bit frustrating, especially since we are already used to the old UI.
However, you can share your feedback directly with Atlassian using the link below, they are actively collecting input to improve the new navigation experience for everyone:

Hope this helps!
