Does Jira roadmaps take into account working days VS weekends

I would like to know if I drag the progress bar on Jira roadmaps, does this take into consideration weekends VS work days. 

For example if a tasks is 10days and my progress bar indicates 10days, does this take into consideration 2days of weekend? 

Where can this be set and can I include public holidays?

I never noticed it, but it seems that the configuration of working ours and days is not available in Cloud, only in Data Center and Server.

Having looked at the link you provided this is a question a few people have.
