Can I pipe the logs (access logs, activity logs) to the syslog server?
I see the system it does not seem to have this function.

Its not really out of the box possible as you can see in this issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-22508
But there are ways to have as syslog deamon to push it to a central server or to use logstash to gather the logs and send them to an elk stack.

so i guess currently there is not really support for Jira to syslog.
If I am using the other method Splunk universal forwarder, which folders should I monitor
