Does Jira has task notifications

I use Jira Kanban board and from time to time leave the tasks in progress or on hold at the end of the day. I wonder whether it is possible to receive notification 10 min prior my workday end that I still have some tasks left on hold or in progress?

Sure you can do this. Create an automation rule based on a Scheduled trigger. Put in the cron information to run at the appropriate time each day of the week. 

Then add JQL to the Scheduled trigger for your tasks being in the On Hold or In Progress status. 

Add an action to send you an email with the details using lookupIssues function.
