official chat in Atlassian ecosystem is Slack https://www.atlassian.com/partnerships/slack 

Btw, you can integrate your JIRA with different other chat like google chat, microsoft teams and so on or using some chat apps provided by external vendor ( https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=chat&product=jira ).
