Actually no, Jira admins are not related to this issue. This is due to the image resizing, where you can find the link here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Unable-to-upload-the-profile-picture/qaq-p/2319733

Even if it's for JSM, ignore it, since the profile picture is tied to your Atlassian account.
