We recently upgraded our Jira Software Data Center environment from version 8.20.x to 9.4.x (we always use LTS versions) and since then our users are complaining about a significant performance drop.
We didn't change anything in the infrastructure - we only upgraded Jira Software to the latest LTS version. Therefore I would like to ask if someone can confirm that version 9.4 needs more resources to provide the same user experience in terms of performance?
Is Atlassian doing any kind of performance measurements for each version released?
