×Was a new Jira policy added recently, I'm no longer able to load the Jira app on my Android Phone, it says it requires Android 14 to use Jira. My phone is a Galaxy Note 10, it runs Android 12, Samsung has not released any updates past that version. Can we confirm there's no workaround? All software updates have been applied.
Hi @Alan Schunemann Welcome to the community. I was going to ditto @Benjamin as I found the same page.
As you're the Product Admin, you could always contact Atlassian Support to see if that page is out of date.
Hope that helps.
Hi @Alan Schunemann,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
This is a question for your Atlassian admin, they may have created/updated a Mobile app policy that requires Android 14 in order to access Jira. These policies is something that is controlled by customers, it not something that Atlassian controls.
