Does JIRA Server Support include Agile Support?

Hi All, 

Our support licence for JIRA Agile expires on 9/12/2015 and for JIRA Server on 16/06/2016 – can we still use JIRA Server support licence for any issues/upgrades with Agile? We are looking at upgrade to JIRA Software at some stage next year.

Yes, until the 9th of December.  Then you can't use the Agile stuff any more.  You may need to talk to Atlassian about the exact licences you get to keep running it, but you'll effectively need to get a "Software" licence and use it on the lower version until you upgrade.
