Does the following support RHEL 8?

From what I see on support requirements, Jira is pretty insulated from variations in operating systems. Although they test using Ubuntu, so you should test out installing Jira on RHEL8.
But according to this document, you may have problems on Bitbucket because RHEL uses older libraries for glibc. https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/supported-platforms-776640981.html
