Does GH fire any events specific to GH?

I'm looking to do some GH plugin development, and want to know what (if any) events specific to GH are ever fired?

Specifically, I want to perform workflow transitions when an issue is added to a sprint, so I'm hoping GH does fire some event when that happens.

The GH Developer Docs don't offer any indication.

I know how to write a JIRA event listener, but just not sure if GH defines any of it's own events...
