Does 'Customers Involved' include Participants in Custom Rule (Jira Service Desk)?

When setting up a custom rule, are Participants that have been added to a ticket classified as Customers for the sake of the Automation?

Hello Justin,

You're correct. As you can see in this Documentation, Request Participants are considered customers who watch requests and can provide more information about it.

That being said, they are considered as customers when we talk about Automation Rules too.
