Hi, at the moment we are using JIRA/Confluence with Oracle EE RAC but it is useless for our needs, so we would like to move the JIRA Confluence DB to Oracle 19c on a SE2 license.

Can anyone confirm that this works,

The Oracle server type is not described in the documentation, it only says that the solution is compatible with Oracle 12c R2 or 19c.

Thank you.

If the docs do not mention a specific version within the main one, then you can assume they mean "all sub-versions within this".  A related example is the java version - Atlassian say Oracle Java 1.8 which currently has over 200 point releases (or sub-versions).  They don't list the 190ish versions they do support, they just say "Java 1.8 " and then name a few versions that have a bug and shouldn't be used.
