Does Atlassian offer a discount for Academic Usages for Confluence and JIRA in the Cloud?

I found an article that Atlassian offers a 50% discount for College/Universities for on-premis installations.  Is there a discount for the Cloud implementation.

I am going to be teaching a course at a local 2 year college this Fall.  Some of the instructors use Slack, mainly because its free.  I'm a big Atlassian fan and would like to use Confluence and JIRA to teach my class.  I also think this is a great opportunity to get my students familiarized with a very common Dev tool.

The academic pricing only applies to Server instances as you've mentioned.
