Does Atlassian have a published list of issues or error conditions with TomCat?

Does Atlassian have a published list of issues or error conditions with TomCat. Anything that would identify an application health issue?

For monitoring purposes, we are trying to determine the conditions that need to be met so we can set up alert notifications.

I haven't seen such a list in the documentations. Search in jira.atlassian.com ;)
