All our JIRA & Confluence instances use SSL Certificates from Comodo. If that helps.

Hi Prathyusha,

I believe you should be okay, but I'm not able to see if there's a list of specific SSL providers that we accept and do not accept. Are you having an issue with the certificate from that provider?

Have you asked around at our Developer Community to see if anyone else has submitted an add-on with the SSL from that provider?
