Does Atlassian Cloud BAA cover Jira & Confluence Sandbox environments?

Wanted to clarify if the Atlassian Cloud BAA covered/included the JIRA and Confluence Sandbox environments.

Hi Kimber,

 

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

 

Yes, BAA covers the sandbox environment because essentially you cannot have a cloud sandbox environment without paying for the Premium version of Atlassian cloud products.

Also, customers need to take into account that Sandboxes do not have the same SLA guarantees as production sites.
