My company is still using Service Desk for Support based work.
We are trying to learn more about how to navigate it, however I am only seeing documentation for Service Centre (What Service Desk became).
Would anyone know if there is still documentation for Service Desk floating around?

Just to clarify, the link for Service Management that you provided, does that mean the documentation is applicable for Service Desk?
