You can definitely integrate Confluence with Jira for document management. Confluence was intended as a team collaboration wiki, but it can also be used as a document management system, depending on your requirements (for more detail, see Confluence: Document Management System).

The Atlassian Marketplace holds plugins you can integrate with Atlassian products. Since Confluence itself is an Atlassian product, you can find details about installing and using it on its own webpage here: Confluence. For more details on what Confluence and Jira can do together, you can also check out User Jira applications and Confluence together.

I hope this helps!
