Do we require both "BigPicture - Project Management & PPM Cloud?" and "BigPicture Enterprise"

On the following page you can see the differences between BP and BP Enterprise.

BP Enterprise cannot work on it's own but will provide additional features to your BigPicture.

I confirm that BigPicture Enterprise serves only as an extension to BigPicture, enriching the regular BigPicture with additional features.
