Do we have any option to manage User story Acceptance criteria?

Since there is an issue with the type user story, it is usual that we expect to have an Acceptance Criteria management section in the tool. Do we have an option for the same? or any plugin to achieve the same?

Yes, add the custom fields you need and then probably change your workflow to match the acceptance process you have.
