Display wallboard without login?

Hi,

I want to display a wallboard in the office 24/7. Is there a way to access the Wallboard (including project data) without login? It is not feasible to create a special user and strip it of all unnecessary rights for this action.

If you don't want to create a dedicated user, then your only option is "anonymous" access.

Go into the permission scheme and add "anyone" to the "browse" permission. (When I say "anyone" I do mean it's an option - it's under the "group(s) to allow access to).

Don't add "anyone" to any other permission, or people who aren't logged in will be able to change data (and you won't know who they are)

Also, If you are using any contexts or filters, you may need to adjust the permissions on them
