Display due date of a story on swim lane of Scrum board view

I have a scrum board with Swim lanes set to the story. The swim lane header shows the Issue ID, Status and Name. I am trying to get it to show the Planned Done date of the story as well in this view.

I am able to configure the cards to show the Due Date under the swim lane but not the stories end date in the swim lane.

That is not possible.  Here are a couple of suggestions to add that feature:

A workaround could be to change the story's Summary to include the due date so it appears in the swim lane text.  That could be done manually or with an automation rule.  One limitation with that approach is the swim lane text does not show the full Summary text, and so the date may need to be placed at the front of the field.
